Terms of service
Additional Terms for Pet Products
Pet safety and supervision. Always supervise your pet when using any product from Whisker Wonders, especially toys, chews, beds, harnesses, and grooming tools. No toy or chew is indestructible. Choose the right size for your pet, inspect products regularly, and remove any item that becomes damaged, worn, or broken into pieces that could be swallowed. Follow all product instructions, size guides, and safety warnings.
Grooming products. Use grooming tools, clippers, and nail tools carefully and as directed, and stop immediately if your pet shows signs of discomfort. Test shampoos and other topical products on a small area first, and stop use if irritation occurs.
Not veterinary advice. Product descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, and other content on this site are for general information only and are not veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your pet’s health, diet, behavior, or any medical condition before using a new product.
Third-party products. Many of our products are designed, made, and shipped by independent brands and suppliers, and product details, specifications, and images are provided by those manufacturers. While we work to keep listings accurate, we don’t guarantee that every description is complete or error-free. Any manufacturer’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer, except where the law requires otherwise.
Assumption of risk. You are responsible for choosing products that are appropriate for your pet and for using them safely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you use our products at your own risk.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whisker Wonders and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injury to your pet, veterinary costs, or property damage, arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
