Easy Returns

We want you and your pet to love your order. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Email us at luvv.santanawrld@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

What can be returned: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened shampoos, soaps, wipes, and grooming tools that have been used on a pet can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping: You cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn’t what you ordered. In those cases, we cover everything.

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund. You may not need to send the item back.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want.
